Worker's Compensation

The principles of sports medicine, initially developed for the competitive athlete, apply to all injuries whether they occur in the recreational environment, work place, or at home. Dr. Byrd provides treatment for work comp injuries to the shoulder, elbow, hip, and knee. Appointments must be scheduled by the employer or representative of the worker’s compensation provider.
